Antidépresseurs de seconde génération : recommandations

Deux recommandations de pratique clinique ont été publiées par l’ACP (American College of Physicians) concernant les antidépresseurs dits de seconde génération, en raison de leurs effets indésirables plus faibles (bupropion, citalopram, duloxétine, escitalopram, fluoxétine, fluvoxamine, mirtazapine, néfazodone, paroxétine, sertraline, trazadone et venlafaxine).Annals of Internal Medicine publie un résumé en langage non technique destiné aux patients.
